Tampa based land brokers, Eshenbaugh Land Company, took home some new hardware this past week from the 2023 Best of the Best Awards held by NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association and from the 2024 National Land Conference APEX award ceremony held by the Realtor’s Land Institute in Louisville, KY.
At the 2023 Best of the Best Awards by NAIOP, Eshenbaugh Land Company won the 2023 Best Brokerage Firm of the Year-Regional award. To follow it up, Bill Eshenbaugh, ALC, CCIM claimed the RLI Apex Award as the #1 in residential land sales, while Ryan Sampson, ALC, CCIM earned the RLI Apex Award as the #1 in commercial land sales at the 2024 National Land Conference.
