Congrats to the original Dirt Dog, Bill Eshenbaugh, ALC, CCIM, as he represented the sellers, in the sale of 17± acres approved for the development, for about 220 multi-family units in Ruskin, FL for $5,300,000. It is in Sun City Center just east of I-75 and north of State Road 674. This is just 1 of several parcels Bill has marketed over the last five years which he originally sold about 300 acres as an investment to the current seller in 1994 when it was a bank owned asset.
Bill said, “It gave me great satisfaction to sell this site as a bank asset 30 years ago and then sell a portion of that same site today for multi-family.”
