Tampa based land broker, Chris Bowers, CCIM, closed on 19.89± acres in Dade City, Florida for $800,000. He represented the sellers in this deal to the buyers, who have plans to build a residential development.

Since joining Eshenbaugh Land Company in 2012, Chris Bowers has excelled at bringing specialized retail knowledge and a balanced developer’s perspective to this land-focused real estate brokerage team. Chris is a Registered Florida Real Estate Broker and received his CCIM designation in 2010.
