Congrats to our own Ryan Sampson on being named the RLI Apex 2020 National Broker of the Year-Residential Sales! The National Association of Realtors (NAR) also recognizes Ryan with the 2021 National Commercial Award for outstanding achievement in the commercial real estate industry. NAR is America’s largest trade association that represents over 1.5 million members involved in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate.
Ryan is a Principal in the Eshenbaugh Land Company that has spoken as a land expert over the years at multiple national conferences. With over a decade of real estate experience, he has closed more than $500,000,000 in land transactions with the company. His transactional experience ranges from single tenant retail out parcels to large master planned communities and everything in between as it relates to development land. He has been honored with numerous “Broker of the Year” and “Top Producer” awards over his career.
