Ryan Sampson, ALC, CCIM with Eshenbaugh Land Company, received the Realtors® Land Institute (RLI) APEX Awards Program’s 2019 Broker of The Year Award in the Commercial Land sales category. This award recognizes the highest producing agent in the country for closed commercial land sales based on qualifying production volume.
Sampson was also awarded as an APEX 2019 Top Twenty Producer Award and ALC-to-ALC Networking Award by the Realtors® Land Institute. He received the awards from RLI CEO Aubrie Kobernus, MBA, RCE, as well as The Land Report’s Co-founders Eddie Lee Rider Jr. and Eric O’Keefe on Monday, March 30, during RLI’s Virtual 2020 National Land Conference (NLC20).
With over a decade of real estate experience, Ryan has closed in excess of $500,000,000 in land transactions with Eshenbaugh Land Company. His transactional experience ranges from single tenant retail out parcels to large master planned communities and most everything in between as it relates to development land. He has represented Lennar, Newland Communities, Bank of America, Soho Capital, Duke Realty, CalSTRS, StanPac, Rialto Capital, BB&T and DeBartolo to name a few. Ryan is a Principal in the company has spoken as a land experts over the years at multiple national conferences.
