Tampa based land brokerage, Eshenbaugh Land Company, welcomes Pat Shelton to the team! Pat is a real estate broker returning home to Florida from the Colorado market with a strong background and expertise in retail real estate.

Pat is a young, driven real estate broker returning home to Florida from the Colorado market with a strong background and expertise in retail real estate, combined with a solid foundation in market research and analytics. As a former NCAA Division 1 athlete, he is extremely confident in the work ethic and determination he’ll be bringing to land brokerage at Eshenbaugh Land Company.
Pat began his career in commercial real estate as a research associate at Costar Group in 2017. His primary focus was studying market trends by collaborating with commercial real estate brokers, owners and developers to qualify data. During that time, he became well-versed in market analytics, sale and lease comparables, and property ownership information. He later transitioned into real estate brokerage in 2018 at Colorado’s premier retail real estate company, SullivanHayes Brokerage. He specialized in national, regional & local tenant & landlord representation, as well as representation in development and acquisition, and was an integral part of the teams who had great success in representing retailers such as Costco, Five Below, Advance Auto Parts, and others.
Prior to his real estate career, Pat spent four years playing NCAA Division 1 men’s soccer at High Point University while graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications in 2016. He also attended Wharton High School in the local Tampa Bay area.
