The 496± acre site is located off State Road 52 and was sold for $36,850,000 with plans for approximately 1,100 residential for-sale units.
Bill represented several entities and families in the sale and the buyer was Lennar Homes. Bill worked on this listing through a land use change, the Pasco Planning Commission, and the approval by the Board of County Commissioners, covering about 2 ½ years. Bill said this transaction required a lot of patience and persistence as it started before Covid 19 swept the country and caused a great deal of angst in the March to August period of 2020 as well as the challenges of the buyers working with county governments that for long periods had their staff working remotely.
